1. Assistant Manager Finance
- Qualification: ACA / ACMA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification (Graduation level minimum, with relevant certifications preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Age Limit: 35–40 years (relaxation may apply as per rules).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Monitor financial performance, highlight variances, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Handle staff salaries, tax deductions, payments, receipts, and fund disbursement.
- Develop financial models for solar energy projects, forecasting, auditing, and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and other financial software.
2. IT Officer
- Qualification: BS/B.Sc in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support, networking, or related areas.
- Age Limit: 35–40 years.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LAN/WAN, network infrastructure, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure smooth operation of intranet/internet.
- Install and maintain PCs, laptops, and IT equipment.
- Work with web technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Provide technical support and assist in IT system deployment.
